My goodness what a person, met Devon on Sunday on her day off of all days kindly showed us the car was in pristine condition genuine to photos. She also went above and beyond to sort out the bits that needed doing on the car all in one week and following weekend completion was made.

I have just received my car from HCL and cannot praise them highly enough. I was unable to view the car beforehand due to ill health but Devon helped me with empathy and with no judgment. They met and surpassed every expectation and demand in customer service and quality of their cars. For example, when conducting the delivery the car didn't come up to her own high standards. Instead of just dropping it off she took it back to her garage for a thorough inspection and kept me informed every step of the way.

Best customer service ever.
I bought a car, it emerged there was a fault (which was spotted before I took it) and rather than just offer me a refund, Devon gave me the option of finding a replacement - including going to check out ones I'd seen on Autotrader and saving me from buying junk in the process - just in time for my summer holidays. And the car I've ended up with is a peach. If it wasn't for the efforts and knowledge of HCL I would have either had to cancel my road trip or bought a terrible car from someone else. So thanks! Can't recommend enough.

In the build-up to the visit, I had several questions, all of which were answered. The car was also reserved, and they informed me of its availability. On visiting HCL, provided time to examine the vehicle, took me out for a test drive arranged insurance. On the decision to purchase, they dealt with paperwork and handled the transfer of ownership. After a couple of days of ownership, I spotted a non-serious issue, and under their warranty, they covered the cost of repair. Very happy with the car and would recommend others to use HCL.

The price for the car was fair as well and I opted for extended warrantee for peace of mind which I think was also reasonably priced. Great experience overall, would recommend to a friend.

We had an excellent experience with HCL Car Sales, would recommend them if you are looking for a reasonably priced second hand car. Devon & Joe were friendly, knowledgeable & trustworthy. We bought our first car, a citroen C4 Cactus, but after we left, had a problem with the ad blue system. Devon & Joe immediately got the problem looked at & diagnosed, and then paid for a new tank to be put in, which we were grateful for. We are so happy with our Cactus & will definitely be returning to HCL for any future car purchases.
